Delivery

Delivery to the UK is free with using Royal Mail 2nd Class post. Other postage options may also be available at checkout.

Packaging

Ties are posted in sealed bubble bags or boxes. This ensures that your purchase will reach you in perfect condition.  Where possible we will use packaging that will fit through the letter box.

Delivery time

We use Royal Mail delivery. In most instances items should arrive within a couple of days of posting, although we have no control over this and cannot guarantee it.

We endeavour to post items received before 5pm on the next working day, and orders received after 5pm the next working day after that.  This also applies to orders that are sent via special delivery next day.

Delivery outside of the UK

We currently only ship to the UK.  Due to popular demand we are expanding our our delivery destinations, we have added Germany, France, Spain, Italy and the Netherlands to the destination list with more countries to follow shortly.  Delivery to Europe is expected to take 3 -7 working days with Royal Mail Airmail.

Returns

Here at TieTie we are confident you will be satisfied with your purchase from us. If for any reason wish to return any goods you should contact us within 10 days of receipt to arrange, requests for refunds/returns after 10 days will not be considered.  Registered users can now request returns from within their account area on the TieTie website. TieTie should receive returned items within 7 working days of notification of intent to return. Returned products must be in the original undamaged packaging (where provided), and the goods should not have been used or damaged in any way. Any returns that do not adhere to these requirements will not be refunded. TieTie cannot be held responsible for orders that are returned and fail to arrive with us, and no refunds will be made in such cases or any other cases where an item has not been returned or received by TieTie. Orders returned within the specified time will be refunded for the products returned. Return delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on the part of TieTie.
